Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chops. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
