4 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat a sous-vide water bath to 149°F (65°C).
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
Place the chicken breasts in a zipper-lock bag. Add the paste and parsley to the bag. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 45 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let rest for 5 minutes.
Carefully open the bag and transfer the chicken to a plate. Serve with your favorite sides.
