Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 (24-ounce) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley, and egg. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the spaghetti sauce in a large pot over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
