Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
