Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Chocolate syrup, for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Arrange sliced bananas in the bottom of the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, cold milk, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour pudding mixture over bananas in the crust.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before topping with strawberries and chocolate syrup.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
