Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of round steak
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the steak into 6 serving-size pieces and place in a slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the soup, tomato sauce, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over steak.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the steak is tender.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
