Ingredients
- 2 pounds of round steak
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
- Cut the steak into 6 serving-size pieces and place in a slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soup, tomato sauce, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the steak is tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
