Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the chicken, bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes on the preheated grill. Grill for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken and vegetables halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the grill and serve.
