Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add sugar and stir until combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Whisk in eggs and peppermint extract until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
