1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 ounce) package of hot dogs, sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the beef broth, tomatoes, cannellini beans, kidney beans, hot dogs, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve hot.
