Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 pound chicken livers, rinsed and drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken livers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the livers from the pan and set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked livers, diced eggs, and onion.
  6. Using a potato masher or fork, mash the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
