Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails removed)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the shrimp and cook until they are just starting to turn pink, about 4 minutes.
Add the white wine and lemon juice and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
