Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails removed)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they are just starting to turn pink, about 4 minutes.
- Add the white wine and lemon juice and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
