Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground ancho chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of molasses
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, ancho chili powder, and dried rosemary.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the olive oil and the spice mixture until the wings are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on the baking sheet. Bake the wings for 25 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine the molasses, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick and syrupy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the molasses glaze. Place them back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven and serve warm.
