Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of molasses
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, ancho chili powder, and dried rosemary.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the olive oil and the spice mixture until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on the baking sheet. Bake the wings for 25 minutes or until they are cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the molasses, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick and syrupy.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the molasses glaze. Place them back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the wings from the oven and serve warm.
