Ingredients

  • 3 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Once the ribs are cooked, preheat the oven to 425°F.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush with the remaining sauce. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the ribs are golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
  5. Serve with extra barbecue sauce, if desired.
