2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, add the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Begin stirring over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and continue stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir until all of the marshmallows and chips are melted and combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Allow the fudge to cool for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
