Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water, flour, and yeast.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
