Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Add the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- Add the broccoli and stir to combine.
- Transfer the shrimp and broccoli mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
