1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
Add the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Add the broccoli and stir to combine.
Transfer the shrimp and broccoli mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm.
