Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, rice vinegar, honey, and black pepper.
- Place the pork roast or ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the pork is tender.
- Transfer the pork to a cutting board and shred the meat with two forks.
- Return the pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve with rice.
