Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the kale into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil, sriracha sauce, and lime juice and mix until all the kale pieces are evenly coated.
- Spread the kale onto a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the kale is crispy.
