Ingredients
- 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine Nutter Butter cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll each ball in the crushed peanuts and place back onto the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and oil in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove the cookie balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to solidify.
