Ingredients

  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Nutter Butter cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Roll each ball in the crushed peanuts and place back onto the baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and oil in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  6. Remove the cookie balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to solidify.
  8. Enjoy!
