Ingredients

  • 1 pound noodles of your choice
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the noodles and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds.
  5. Add the noodles to the bowl and mix until the noodles are evenly coated.
  6. Season with salt, to taste.
  7. Serve the noodles warm or cold.
