Ingredients
- 1 pound noodles of your choice
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the noodles and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
- In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds.
- Add the noodles to the bowl and mix until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Season with salt, to taste.
- Serve the noodles warm or cold.
