- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the cranberry sauce and orange juice and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, let the salad thaw for 15 minutes and then cut into wedges.
