Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 drops of liquid stevia sweetener

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the stevia and whisk until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. When ready to use, add 1-2 tablespoons of the creamer to a cup of hot coffee and stir to combine.
