Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
