Ingredients

  • 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the feta, olives, olive oil, capers, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture is blended but still slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer the tapenade to a bowl and serve with crackers or toasted slices of baguette.
