Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine miso paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and oil. Whisk until evenly combined.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl, pour marinade over the chicken, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken and marinade in an oven-safe baking dish and pour water over the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
