Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine miso paste, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and oil. Whisk until evenly combined.
Place chicken thighs in a large bowl, pour marinade over the chicken, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken and marinade in an oven-safe baking dish and pour water over the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
