Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the bacon slices on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the sugar and honey mixture over the bacon slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
  8. Let cool before serving.
