Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberry preserves, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Brush both sides of the salmon with the blueberry BBQ sauce. Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Serve the salmon with the remaining sauce.
