Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat a little oil. Brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
