This tangy and slightly spicy chutney is perfect for adding a burst of flavor to any dish. It's versatile enough to be used as a dip, spread, or topping for meats, vegetables, or even chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced tomatillos
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, cumin, and cinnamon.
