Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove chicken from the wok and set aside.
- Add more oil to the wok if needed. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms, snow peas, onion, and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the wok. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve Moo Goo Gai Pan over cooked rice.
