Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 lb cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup julienne cut carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 large tortillas
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, steak, bean sprouts, carrots, cilantro and sauces. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the four tortillas. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up like a burrito.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the phoritto to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra hoisin sauce and sriracha, if desired.
