Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 lb cooked steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup julienne cut carrots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

4 large tortillas
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, steak, bean sprouts, carrots, cilantro and sauces. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the four tortillas. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up like a burrito.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the phoritto to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with extra hoisin sauce and sriracha, if desired.
