Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 1/2 cup pesto

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread the pesto onto the bottom of the pre-made pie crust.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
