Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Pinch of salt
- Confectioners’ sugar for dusting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, lemon zest, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and dusting with confectioners’ sugar.
