Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, black pepper, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbling.
  3. Add the butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the ham is cooked through.
  5. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before serving.
