Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the buttermilk and vanilla. Gradually stir in the sifted ingredients until just blended.
Fold in the peaches, and drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, mix together the confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled scones.
