Ingredients
1 (3-4 lb) prime rib roast
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the cream, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Slice the roast and serve with the horseradish sauce.
