Ingredients
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cups of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Directions
- Mix together the condensed milk, shredded coconut, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg in a large bowl until combined.
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Place the baking dish in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours until the mixture is solid.
- Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces.
- Serve and enjoy!
