Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn, husks removed and silks discarded
- 2 ½ cups beer
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, combine beer, water, butter, salt, and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
