Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Scrub potatoes and pat dry.
  3. Place potatoes in a large baking dish. Pour wine over potatoes.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour butter mixture over potatoes.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
