Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely ground pistachios
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pistachios, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving.
