Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, sage, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the prosciutto and cook until lightly browned. Sprinkle the prosciutto over the top of the meatloaf.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf has reached 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
