Ingredients
- 4 large Vidalia onions, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Vidalia onions, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix until the onions are completely coated.
- Spread the onions on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
