Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Add the coconut aminos, honey, and red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
