Ingredients
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp is cooked through.
Add the coconut aminos, honey, and red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Coconut aminos is a gluten-free and soy-free alternative to soy sauce.
Red pepper flakes add a nice kick of heat to this dish.
