6-8 apples
1/2 cup butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Wash and dry the apples. Push a wooden stick into the top of each apple.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk. Stir until combined.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Dip the apples into the caramel, turning to coat. Place the apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let the apples cool completely before serving.
