Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced salted egg haam daan ju yoke beng
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, eggs, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the pork mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  3. Add the diced salted egg haam daan ju yoke beng and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
