- 3 cups cubed white bread
- 2 cups diced apples (2 medium apples)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple cider, heavy cream, raisins, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
