Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 lb. of Sliced Salami
  • 3 cloves of Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup of White Wine
  • 1 cup of Frozen Peas
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and salami and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the white wine and cook until the liquid is nearly evaporated, about 3 minutes.
  6. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the skillet.
  8. Stir everything together and cook for 1 minute to heat the pasta.
  9. Serve hot.
