Add the chicken broth, thyme, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Open the lid and stir in the okra, shrimp, and crab. Place the lid back on and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Stir in the parsley and serve.
