Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pork cutlet, thinly sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pot and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and miso paste to the pot and stir to combine.
Add the ramen noodles and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
Add the eggs to the pot and cook for 3 minutes until cooked through.
Divide the ramen among four bowls and top each with the pork cutlet, green onions, nori, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
