Ingredients
- 3 apples, cored and chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the apples, celery, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the apple mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
